Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day return policy only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

• Unused and unworn

• In the same condition as received

• With original tags and packaging

• Supported with a valid receipt or proof of purchase

• Accompanied by a clear unboxing video showing the issue

Customers can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Charges

• Return Fee: ₹200 (deducted from the refund amount)

• Exchange Fee: ₹150

• Replacement for damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Free of charge

Important: Items sent back without prior approval or communication will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos/videos of the issue. We will review the case and provide a suitable resolution, including a free replacement where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Used or worn items

• Items without original tags or packaging

• Sale or discounted items

• Gift cards

• Customized or personalized products

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that the ₹200 return fee will be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
